Do you provide a warranty for your plants and trees?   We guarantee that our plants and trees are healthy and pest free at delivery.  However, since plants and trees are living, perishable items and their health is dependent on weather and care factors outside of our control, once they are delivered, we do not provide any continuing warranty.  



Is there a minimum order for plants and trees?  Our plant/tree minimum order is $125 (excluding delivery)

I am looking for plants and trees not listed on your website--can you help me source additional nursery stock?   Yes we can.  Along with growing much of our own stock, we can also source from several wholesale nurseries around the region.  Feel free to email your plant/tree list to us and we will do our best to find what you are looking for.

 

How much watering do plants and trees need?  Most plants and trees do need regular watering to become established.  It is very important to make sure that your plantings are being watered during dry periods for the first 2 seasons while the plant/trees are establishing their root system.  If you need help with setting up a temporary watering system using your existing outdoor water spigot,  or if you would like us to add to or adjust your existing sprinkler system, we can help with this.  When you contact us, let us know if we can help with your watering needs.

Can you offer planting suggestions?   Yes, we would be happy to suggest trees and plants for you.  Send pictures to our email along with information such as privacy needs, whether the area is sunny/shady etc.  Our email address is info@nwtreefarm.com

Where are you located?  Our tree farm is located in Orting, WA which is about 20 miles from Tacoma.   If you are interested in visiting our site we would be happy to accommodate you via appointment.  Please call or email to arrange a site visit.
